Compassionate leadership affects employee retention and staff who feel seen, heard and respected in the workplace.

Creative Grief Tending

Moving Grief Through the Body

With Barri Leiner Grant and Kelsey Moro

Together, we soften into the body, give language to what’s been held inside, and create space for release and renewal.

Grief lives in the body—and sometimes words only arrive after we've paused to feel where it aches, pulses, or softens. In this gathering, you are guided through gentle movement, breathing techniques, meditation, and reflective writing prompts to help you access both embodied awareness and creative expression.

Together, we ground in the body, write from the heart, and tend to what is asking to be witnessed. This is not about fixing grief, but about befriending it—allowing space for release, reflection, and renewal.

This is for grievers who are at least six months from their most significant loss and who are looking to process their grief through a creatively expressive lens.
