what is grief tending?

I am so glad you’re here. showing up for yourself is the first big step - and you did it. welcome. I know it can seem scary and overwhelming. here is some good news. we do grief a bit differently around here…sure, loss can be sad and sorrowful – but it is also creative, empowering and curious, when you find the right support. (we do “warm” around here!) grief and grieving are as one of a kind as you are, so honor that too. show up here, just as you are—and bring your loss along. all of it and any kind you may be living with or experiencing. death and non-death loss. you deserve to be seen, heard and healing.

the memory circle is a space and place to be with your grief. whether it’s been days or a decade, the memory circle is here to accompany you on a healing and feeling journey. explore the coping tools and techniques needed to craft your own grief tending kit. as you move through and forward in this experience you will adapt and adopt the foundational philosophy of our work together: we don’t get over our grief, we learn to live with loss. let’s do this together. it’s warm inside.
