Reflect & Remember: A Partner Loss Support Circle

Join certified grief coach and support specialist Barri Leiner Grant, founder of The Memory Circle, for a gentle Monday virtual circle for people adjusting to life after the death of a partner.

This welcoming space offers room to speak, listen, and feel less alone among others who understand partner loss. With open conversation, reflective writing, grief-informed practices, meaningful rituals, and Barri’s signature grief-tending tools, you’ll discover connection, language for what you’re carrying, and grounded ways to care for yourself.

More than a support group, this is a shared space of learning and remembrance—a place  to bear witness and be witnessed, and to honor the truth that grief was never meant to be carried alone.

We need one another in grief. This circle is where healing happens together.

Creative Grief Tending

Moving Grief Through the Body

With Barri Leiner Grant and Kelsey Moro

Together, we soften into the body, give language to what’s been held inside, and create space for release and renewal.

Grief lives in the body—and sometimes words only arrive after we've paused to feel where it aches, pulses, or softens. In this gathering, you are guided through gentle movement, breathing techniques, meditation, and reflective writing prompts to help you access both embodied awareness and creative expression.

Together, we ground in the body, write from the heart, and tend to what is asking to be witnessed. This is not about fixing grief, but about befriending it—allowing space for release, reflection, and renewal.

This is for grievers who are at least six months from their most significant loss and who are looking to process their grief through a creatively expressive lens.
