prompt & process: a write to heal™ practice
This support session is for all grievers who have experienced death and non death loss.
Grief has its own language. Sometimes it’s a whisper, sometimes a shout and the need for a creative outlet. In this circle, we’ll give it a page to land on. Through prompts, poetic pauses and the quiet magic of shared words and a connective wisdom exchange, we’ll explore how writing can help us carry what feels too heavy to hold alone. No rules. No writing experience needed. Just you, your story and your curiosity. I believe that sometimes grief needs the page before it finds its voice.
